• Upon full payment, the Client is granted ownership of the final website design and content created by Orchard Web Design, unless otherwise specified.
• Orchard Web Design retains the right to display work samples in portfolios or marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Any third-party software, plugins, or templates used remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Revisions

Project proposals include a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• Refunds, if any, will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Orchard Web Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services or website. We do not guarantee specific results or business outcomes from our services.

9. Website Hosting and Maintenance

Unless otherwise agreed, hosting and ongoing maintenance are the Client’s responsibility. We offer hosting and maintenance packages separately.
